Go ahead, ask em'
These days, hiring a wedding vendor can cause some unneeded stress on couples. Wondering, waiting, and feeling anxiety is something I hate when it's casted on me, so I have navigated both my business and personal life by just being honest, upfront, and real. Speaking my mind but still operating from a place of kindness. I don't want my clients to feel like they're digging for anything ever, left out in the cold, or left thinking and in their heads, OR even worse, left feeling alone, or like they need someone to speak up for them. I aim to make sure you have your questions answered, have someone ALWAYS on your team and know without a shadow of a doubt that I'm reliable, and you can count on me to be there, and be honest.
This year, I’m limiting the number of weddings I take to 15 max. It’s so important to me that each couple gets my absolute best—your experience and your photos mean everything. I’d rather focus on creating something truly meaningful than stretching myself too thin. The average photographers takes on 50-70 a year (wild, right?), but now it’s all about quality over quantity. I’m not just in this for the business—I’m in it for you.
I started when I was 21, so 7 years, and full time for 3! I have been taking photos for fun and modeling since I was 14.
I'm currently based out of Northern California, specifically Redding, and actually it is packed with stunning locations— epic landscapes, mountains, desert, snow, rain, shine—you name it. I also grew up in Reno/Tahoe and spend nearly every weekend there. If you’re looking for ideas on where to shoot, visit, or explore in Northern NV or CA, just say the word!
It's standard to receive approx. 550+ images on your wedding day, and 70+ images for your session. Every wedding is a little different though when it comes to the final number of images delivered, but one thing’s for sure—you’ll always get plenty of everything I capture. I don’t believe in setting a hard cutoff or holding back images just to charge extra (trust me, that’s not my style). These are your memories, and I’m here to preserve them fully. You can count on me to deliver more than enough images to help you relive this special time in your lives.
Since I only take on a limited number of clients each year, my turnaround time is faster than most photographers! The exact timing depends on how much I’m shooting, my travel schedule, and the holiday season, but typically sessions are delivered within 4 weeks or less, and weddings within 6 weeks or less. I always aim to get your photos back to you as quickly as possible while giving each image the care and attention it deserves!
Sorry, no. Editing is where half the magic happens—without it, the images are only halfway there! I promise to include every photo you’ll want or need, but if you feel like I missed one, don’t hesitate to ask. I’m always happy to double-check and send it over (hey, I’m human, and mistakes happen!). Your memories matter, and I won’t let you miss out on a single one.
To secure your date, I require a 40% retainer, with the remaining 60% due no later than 30 days before weddings or 1 week before sessions. Need flexibility? No problem—you can split the remaining balance into up to 3 payments to make it more manageable. I’m happy to work with your schedule to make things as easy as possible!
I’ve got a what to wear guide I’ll send over, don’t worry I’ve got you!
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold a new date, pending my availability and a rescheduling fee will apply.
Heaven forbid this ever happens, but in the rare case I’m unable to make it to your wedding due to circumstances beyond my control (act of God, illness, death, etc.), I’ll do my very best to help you find a trusted replacement photographer with a similar style—though I’m not legally obligated to do so. If I can’t be there, you’ll receive a full refund of your payment.
I always encourage embracing whatever weather comes our way, as it’s beautiful and unique in photos. If it is harsh enough that it would make for a shitty time at our shoot (or ruin my gear) and I can find a day/time for us to reschedule, then we totally will!
Absolutely! Let me know what you need help with, if you need recommendations, and if there’s anything I can do to make the process easier for you!
Travel fees are simply a means to ensure I can meet you wherever your love takes us—rested, ready, and fully invested in giving you an experience and memories that go far beyond expectations. When you find the photographer who fits your heart and vision, the cost becomes an investment in something priceless: a story you’ll relive forever.

Absolutely, I do! I love to be a part of my clients story long before and after their wedding days. Staying your photographer as the years pass by is the most rewarding part, please reach out if you're interested in maternity, family, or senior/portrait photos with me! I also love to photograph some special events, and rodeos!
No, my prices are firm. I value the time, care, and creativity I pour into every session and wedding, which is why I don’t offer discounts. My pricing reflects the experience, skill, and effort required to create timeless, high-quality images for you to treasure forever. I believe in being fair and transparent with all my clients, and offering discounts would take away from the level of service and artistry I promise to deliver. When you book with me, you’re not just paying for photos—you’re investing in a meaningful experience and memories that will last a lifetime. However, I do offer special packages to couples getting married in one of my destination locations, check my travel schedule!
